I finished up my treatments for stage 3 breast cancer in March of this year. I've cut alcohol out and I'm slowing but surely revamping other areas of my life and consumption. Ignorance is bliss when it comes to carcinogens but one you see it you can't unsee it. Thank you for risking the awkward situation of telling other things they don't want to hear. That's really brave.

I am a recent stage 3 breast cancer survivor (20 months in remission). I read all the real science I can get hold of (avoiding influencers, rumors, and unsupported claims), and have altered my diet, stopped drinking alcohol, increased my exercise, and taken other steps to reduce my risk of reoccurrence. I'm with you. Science matters.
